We have experience in commercial refits having completed the redevelopment of the 'Hen Glan' pub in Bangor into a ground floor restaurant and student accommodation on the upper floors.
We are duplicating the same scheme in the Bangor high street by redeveloping the old Burtons store which fell into administration and giving it a new lease of life as a ground floor commercial unit and private flats in the upper floors.
Residential
Our portfolio of previous domestic refurbishment projects include: the complete demolition of house' gable elevation, extend and install a new terraced area; Construct an additional floor to make use of a single storey garage attached to a house; Extend a bungalow upwards to add a 1st floor and increase ground floor space with a large kitchen extension; Tiered gardens on a hillside cottage, and many many more.
