Plant Room Waterproofing

Just coming to an end of a waterproofing project within a NHS plant room. This was a very much appreciated project by our roofing operatives, who could enjoy the warmth of a plant room instead of braving the elements in January on a cold Welsh roof. Using a liquid membrane allowed for excellent detailing work to offer a good termination and encapsulation system for the NHS. And the low odor Decothane allowing us to undertake the work without impacting on the staff and patients around us. The anti slip finish will be an important safety feature for the room if they have another leak from their plant room equipment, and the membrane can withstand any chemical contaminants spilled from the plant.
